شـروط الـخـدمـة

1. عند التسجيل في الخطوة، يتوجب عليك تقديم تفاصيل مثل بريدك الالكتروني. إذا أخترت إنشاء سيرتك الذاتية، سيتوجب عليك تقديم معلومات إضافية تشمل إسمك، معلوماتك الشخصية، التعليم، الخبرة، المهارات و المراجع الخ. إذا لم تقم بنشر سيرتك الذاتية، فلن نقوم بمشاركة أي من المعلومات التي قدمتها مع أطراف أخرى.
2. أنت مسؤول عن إبقاء معلومات تسجيل الدخول في مكان آمن. الخطوة غير مسئوولة بأي شكل عن استخدام أطراف ثالثة لمعلوماتك بمجرد نشر سيرتك الذاتية أو إبقاء إعدادات الخصوصية مرئية للجميع. 3. أنت مسؤول أيضاً عن إبقاء معلوماتك دقيقة و محدثة. 4. إذا وجدت المعلومات التي قمت بتحميلها مثل: الصور، النصوص المكتوبة أو الروابط متضمنه لمحتوى لا يتماشى مع الثقافة السعودية أو الدين، حسابك سيكون عرضة للحذف بلا إنذار وأنت ستتحمل المسئولية كاملة عن أي أضرار تلحق بالخطوة. 5. بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة لابقاء معلوماتك آمنة، قد تكون هناك عوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا كتلك المتعلقة بطبيعة الإنترنت والتي هي خارجة عن تحكمنا ولا يمكننا ضمانها أو تحمل المسئولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر للبيانات ناجم عنها. |
1. When registering with Alkhatwa, you may have to provide details like your email address. If you choose to create a CV, you may have to provide further information including your name, personal information, education, experience, skills and references etc. Unless you choose to do so, we will not share any information you provide with third parties.
2. You are responsible for keeping your login information safe and secure. Alkhatwa is not responsible for any way in which third parties use your information once you’ve published your CV or kept the privacy settings as visible to public or others. 3. You are also responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date 4. If any information you upload such as pictures, text or links are found to contain content which does not comply with Saudi culture or religion, your account is subject to deletion without notice and you will be held responsible for any harm affecting Alkhatwa 5. Although efforts have been put into place to keep your data safe and secure, there may be factors concerning the nature of the internet which are beyond our control due to which we cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for loss or damage of data |
شـروط الـخـدمـة

1. جميع الشركات المسجلة لا بد أن تعطي جميع معلوماتها صحيحة و يجب أن يكون لديها سجل تجاري في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتم إزالة الشركات التي تنشر معلومات خاطئة أو عبارات غير لائقة التي تسيء إلى الدين وعادات المملكة العربية السعودية و سنقوم بإتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية لمنع الضرر و التعويض عنه
2. أنت على علم أن الوظائف المعلنة التي تضعها ستلغى إذا كانت لفرص عمل غير مشروعة، أو وظائف في مجالات مخله بالآداب، أو وظائف نوعها يختلف عن حقيقة طبيعتها ( كوظيف للتدريب و هي في الأساس وظيفة دائمة بعقد سنوي) 3. عند شراء الاعلان الوظيفي فقط يمكنكم تحديد نوع الوظيفة، ولكن عنوان الوظيفة قابل للتعديل قبل نشر الإعلان أما التفاصيل الاخرى فهي قابلة للتعديل حتى بعد نشر الإعلان الوظيفي 4. جميع الوظائف لا بد من نشرها خلال مدة صلاحية الإعلان الوظيفي، و في حالة انتهاء مدة الإعلان الوظيفي يمكن للمنشأة التجديد خلال الستة أشهر التالية. و بعدها فإن تفاصيل الإعلان الوظيفي ستحذف من حساب المنشأة. 5. الشركات التي انضمت لخدمة وصل لابد من إستخدام رصيدها للكشف عن معلومات التواصل خلال مدة صلاحية إشتراك وصل وبعد إنتهاءمدة الصلاحية، أي رصيد متبقي سيلغى بما فيها الحقيبة و ملفات السير الذاتية المحفوظة داخلها، التي لن تكون قابلة للإستعمال من خلال حساب المنشأة. 6. أنت على علم أن المدة المحددة للـشراء والرصيد لخدمتي إعلان الوظائف و خدمة وصل لا يمكن تجميدهما أو تأخيرها أو نقلها لحساب آخر 7. جميع الشروط السابقه هي جزء مكمل للشروط و الأحكام العامة التي تحكم استخدامكم لموقع الخطوة |
1. All registering companies must provide correct information and must have a valid commercial reference in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Companies will be removed if they publish false information or inappropriate phrases that insult Saudi Arabia’s norms and religion, and we will take all precautions and legal procedures to prevent harm and be compensated for it.
2. You understand that your job posts will be removed if they are for positions that involve illegitimate work opportunities, positions for adult content, or incorrect job types (i.e training when it should be listed as a full time) 3. The job type can only be specified when purchasing the job post. The job title can be edited before the job is posted. Details other than these may be updated even after the job has been posted. 4. All job posts must be published within the validity period. If the posted job period expires the company can renew within the next 6 months. If not, the job post details will be deleted from the company account. 5. Companies that joined the WASL service must use the credit to uncover CV contacts within the WASL validity period. After this period expires, any remaining credit will be cancelled and the brief case along with CV contacts will no longer be accessible through the company account. 6. You understand that the periods purchased and credit for both job posts and the WASl service are not subject to freezing or delay or transferring to another account holder. 7. The above terms are complementing the main terms and conditions of using ALKHATWA website. |
