Brief description

The position of call center agent consists of using cold calling techniques on prospects and persuading potential customers- pharmacies to purchase a product or service.

Tasks

Outbound

• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals;
• Conduct client or market surveys, and type detailed notes regarding sale or service offered;
• Contact pharmacies - by telephone in order to solicit sales for nutraceutical products.
• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe our products in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product;
• Explain products, and answer questions from pharmacists;
• Follow sales scripts and probe to better target the needs and interests of a client;
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders;
• Maintain call logs and reporting details regarding calls;
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, etc and enter orders and all data into computers;
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, distributors phamacies list
• Assist field sales team in organising posible meetings with phamacists, or transfering all other pertinent information obtained from clients

Inbound

· Replies to calls from private customers or pharmacies answeting to their simple demands . All ohter speficic questions ( adverse effects , phamacovigilance , debts, journalists etc ) are to be taken , registered and redirected to responsible persons within the company . The client must be assured that his question will be answered in due time .

Qualifications and requirements

• A medium/ high school diploma or equivalent;
• Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior;
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help customers.
• Previous experience in telesales is a plus
• Attention for details , computer proficiency
• English language is an advantage
